Fidel is a Project Manager with over 11 years of experience in the public works sector. He has successfully managed several projects for the MTA and PANYNJ involving multiple trades and logistic complexities.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from CUNY City College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and has ample experience in estimating and CAD Drafting.

Vincent Burke, M.B.A.

Vincent is a seasoned Project Manager with over 12 years of experience in the public works sector, with a strong track record of delivering challenging infrastructure projects for major agencies including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ). His work spans multiple trades and involves coordinating logistics on multi-phase construction projects.

In his current role, Vincent is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle — from planning, scheduling, and submittals through to  installation, and closeout. In addition, Vincent oversees all financial operations within the company, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation across all initiatives.

He holds an MBA from Iona University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Penn State University. His strong financial acumen, combined with a deep understanding of public sector infrastructure, brings critical value to both our projects and our business operations.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Arizona State and a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University. He is responsible for all field operations and has ample experience in estimating and CAD Drafting.
